Job Description

Are you passionate about building cutting-edge solutions? We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the SCSP domain. In this role, you’ll develop and enhance scalable, reliable systems using technologies such as Java, Spring, GCP, GKE, MongoDB, Terraform, and modern Web Service interfaces like JSON. Basic Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proficient in Java, GCP, GKE, and MongoDB, with experience building scalable, high-volume applications and integrating with enterprise systems.

Familiar with tools and practices such as GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Maven, Jenkins, and web services (SOAP/REST).

Independent Execution: Demonstrated ability to take high-level requirements and independently define user stories, design solutions, and implement features with minimal oversight.

Comfortable owning the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Team Collaboration: Works well in a collaborative team environment, actively participates in design discussions, shares knowledge, and aligns with team goals while independently driving assigned workstreams.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring junior developers is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Supply Chain Management domains such as logistics, warehouse management, inventory, or purchasing is a strong plus, especially with ERP integrations.

Required Education: Bachelor's or 15 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
