Working in our Data Division

Our Data division transforms satellite data into meaningful insights that drive real-world impact. The team delivers all data products generated by Open Cosmos and its partners, curates and develops DataCosmos — our geospatial data platform — and builds integrations that make satellite imagery easy to access and act on. Their work helps organisations turn data into action and create positive change on Earth.

The Team are now hiring a Data Sales Manager, Europe to lead the development and closure of large, strategic EO data and imagery

What will you be doing?

Owning and delivering the European EO data sales strategy

Building and converting a pipeline of large, complex EO data opportunities

Leading full sales cycles: opportunity qualification, solution definition, negotiation, and contract close

Structuring and closing multi-year EO data and imagery licensing agreements

Managing senior customer relationships across public sector, defence \& security, and commercial organisations

Positioning Open Cosmos’ satellite capabilities and DataCosmos within customer solutions

Working closely with presales, solutions engineering, and product teams to shape proposals

Representing Open Cosmos in customer engagements and relevant industry forums

What You’ll bring

Strong understanding of the European Earth Observation data market

Knowledge of EO imagery, tasking, licensing models, and data delivery

Familiarity with European institutional and procurement environments

Ability to sell EO data solutions across government, defence, and enterprise customers

Capability to structure, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year data agreements

Strong senior stakeholder management and solution-selling skills

Comfortable operating with autonomy in a scaling organisation

This role you can be based in any of our locations: UK \| Spain \| Portugal \| Greece
