YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong data scripting expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise service management platforms. Our ideal candidate will be a highly qualified, dedicated, and hands-on developer with experience in the following any Service Manager modules: Change, Release, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management and Configuration Management. The role requires hands-on experience with backend and frontend development, data scripts, business logic, and system integrations, with a strong focus on data migration, transformation, and automation across multiple enterprise systems.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Full Stack Development
Develop and maintain end-to-end application components across UI, backend services, and data layers.
Build scalable backend logic using JavaScript / Node.js and platform-specific scripting frameworks.
Develop and enhance UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks where applicable.
Data Scripting\& Automation
Design and implement data scripts for:
Data migration and conversion
Bulk data loads and updates
Data cleanup, normalization, and reconciliation
Write and optimize scripts for data transformation and validation across systems.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, quality issues, and integration gaps.
Platform Configuration\& Business Logic
Configure and develop Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer actions.
Implement ACLs and security controls to protect sensitive data.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across applications.
Integrations\& APIs
Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs and integration flows.
Enable data exchange between internal platforms and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related issues.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Technical Skills
Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Hands-on expertise with data scripting (JavaScript-based scripting, SQL, ETL concepts).
Experience with data migration and large datasets.
strong SQL database programming skills (Oracle a plus), with a solid understanding of query formulation and performance.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
Solid knowledge of relational databases, data models, and data governance.
Must be comfortable working within a terminal-based Linux environment using shell scripting skills.
Proficiency in multiple programming and/or scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Javascript, C/C++, and Java.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with ServiceNow (Business Rules, Data Scripts, ACLs).
Experience with enterprise service platforms (OpenText, Zendesk, Oracle B2C, Siebel).
Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware.
Experience working with multiple organizations and industries using different IT Service Management or solutions in support of ITIL v3 best practices, is a big plus

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
