Hybrid role: In-Office Tues, Wed\& Thur (WFH Mon\& Fri)

What the role offers:As a Lead Software Developer, you will:

Lead software development projects, including planning, tracking, and scheduling deliverables.

Evaluate, identify, and develop software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.

Work closely with the BMs core team to develop and support all document types and interface with various Linux/Solaris systems.

Locate and direct solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interfaces.

Document and record every aspect of software applications to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Implement best practices for software delivery management, including Agile methodologies and automated testing.

What you need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years in software engineering with experience in design of un-attended MS Office controls. .

Proficiency MS Windows Server 2019 and above, low level Windows System programming, programming for MS Office automation, .NET, C#, Java, SourceSafe, SVN, Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Server, REST/SOAP development, TCP/IP network programming, interfacing with Windows print drivers, knowledge of basic Linux concepts

Microsoft certifications are preferred

Frontend: HTML, JavaScript

Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Backbone, Vue, jQuery

Backend: Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby,

Programming languages: C++; C#

Databases – SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and NoSQL

Cloud-Based Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, SaaS and PaaS

CI/CD: GitLab; Jenkins; Kubernetes
