We’re seeking a Lead Software Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and ensure high standards in performance, quality, security, and reliability.
What the role offers:
As a Lead Software Developer, you will:
Drive CI/CD automation and operational excellence.
Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack.
Design and develop scalable web applications and services.
Build robust APIs and integration with cloud and data platforms.
Lead solution architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
Mentor team members and contribute to high-quality delivery in Agile environments.
What you need to Succeed:
Possess 8-12 years of previous professional product development experience.
CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible; solid grasp of branching strategies, pipelines, and test automation.
Backend/Frameworks: Java, Spring MVC
Databases:
Relational: PostgreSQL
Analytical/Columnar/NoSQL: Elasticsearch, Solr
Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure; container orchestration (AKS, EKS, GKE); SaaS/PaaS experience.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns.
Experience with security, observability, and performance tuning.
Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform (or similar Infrastructure as Code tools)
Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication.
Ownership mindset and bias for delivering customer value.
