Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll focus on automation, scalability, performance, and developer productivity — all while embracing AI-driven tools and practices to supercharge everything you do. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and other cross-functional teammates to streamline deployments, optimize systems, and keep our infrastructure secure, reliable, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, highly available infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deployments

Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and other IaC tools

Use Amazon CloudWatch and similar tools to monitor system health, performance, and availability

Leverage AI tools to analyze, automate, and optimize infrastructure and operational workflows

Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Amazon ECS, or Amazon EKS

Partner with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and drive reliability improvements

Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis

Continuously optimize our AWS environment for performance and cost efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years specifically in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services like Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, AWS IAM, and AWS CodeDeploy

Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be integrated into DevOps workflows (think ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar tools

Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls) and IAM security best practices

Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS or EKS)

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
