The role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer who is excited to contribute to the evolution of our user research platform. As part of our small team, you won’t just be writing code – you’ll be actively involved in shaping the direction of our products and understanding how to create the best possible experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure our solutions align with both user needs and the broader goals of the business.

What you’ll do:

Build impactful features

: Use React, Ruby on Rails and AWS to design and develop new features that improve the customer experience research journey

Collaborate cross-functionally

: Work with our multidisciplinary Product team to develop innovative solutions that meet the real-world needs of our users

Innovate for user needs

: Actively contribute ideas to enhance existing tools, focusing on how we can improve user experiences and solve customer challenges more effectively

Drive projects forward

: Take the lead on technical execution, ensuring products are not only built efficiently but are aligned with our users' goals and feedback

Mentor and collaborate

: Share your expertise, guiding the team in best practices while learning from others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

Experience with our stack

: You’re familiar with technology relevant to our stack: React, Ruby on Rails, AWS, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD technologies, and understand how to use it to build performing and scalable user-focused products
