Primary Responsibilities:

Configure integration with ServiceNow for managing incidents

Perform regular maintenance tasks like patching, backups, and system health checks

Set up and manage monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Network Watcher

Configure and optimize alerts, dashboards, and workbooks for early incident detection

Monitor system events and logs to quickly identify and resolve incidents

Triage alerts, investigate root causes, and implement permanent resolutions

Collaborate with other teams for escalations and post-incident reviews

Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform for routine operations and deployments

Automate repetitive processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual errors

Monitor Azure resource usage and optimize for cost and performance

Provide insights and recommendations on resource scaling, licensing, and cost control

Monitor security measures, compliance ratings, and threat alerts

Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and audit concerns

Ensure all changes to Azure resources follow change management processes

Track and document configuration changes and maintain environment consistency

Collaborate closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience in Azure DevOps

Proven ability to configure integration with ServiceNow for managing incidents

Proven ability to perform regular maintenance tasks like patching, backups, and system health checks

Proven ability to set up and manage monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Network Watcher
