Tasks

🎯 Your Day-to-Day: Running the Engine Room

You are not a typical PM who lives in Jira; you are a builder who uses AI to bypass traditional bottlenecks.

You will own the tactical execution and the daily pulse of the product

The Ultimate Translator:

You are the bridge between procurement teams and our engineering squad. You synthesize messy client feedback into sharp, granular, dev-ready tickets without losing anything in translation

Rapid Prototyping:

We don't wait for design sprints. You’ll use

Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt

to build functional demos that validate an idea with our customer base. You aren’t just writing a PRD; you’re handing the engineers a functional reference that proves the UX works

Tactical Documentation:

Own the "unsexy" but vital work. You write the specs, define the edge cases, and maintain a high-velocity backlog so our engineers never have to guess what "ready" looks like

Customer Synthesis:

Join us on-site at the offices of Europe’s industrial leaders. You’ll listen to procurement teams, map their messy manual workflows, and distill them into the requirements of a

scalable multi-agent system

The Glue of Execution:

You are the primary point of contact for the dev team. You unblock them in real-time, coordinate sprints, and ensure that what we promised the client is exactly what gets deployed

Requirements 🌟 Who you are: The Builder

You’re a "Swiss-army-knife" with high agency and a relentless focus on shipping

Scrappy \& LLM-Native:

You are an expert at leveraging AI to move 10x faster. You’d rather build a functional MVP in 30 minutes than spend three days in Figma. You value working software over static wireframes

Execution Machine:

You get a dopamine hit from a "Done" column. You are obsessive about ticket hygiene, clear requirements, and closing feedback loops

Native-Level German:

You can lead a workshop with a traditional Head of Procurement in German, then pivot seamlessly to English to coordinate with our technical team

Pragmatic Triage \& Foresight:

You have the backbone to filter out "noise" from clients. You prioritize what keeps customers happy today, while identifying the workflows that will unlock 10x value and product synergies six months from now

Low Ego, High Agency:

No task is too small. Whether it's fixing a typo in the UI, re-organizing the

Linear

board, or deep-diving into a procurement process flow, you do what’s necessary to ship

Bonus Points:

You have a portfolio of side projects built using AI-coding tools

You have a background in

Procurement, ERP systems, or Supply Chain

You have a

strong intuitive sense for clean UI/UX

(a "design eye" with a developer's brain)

Benefits 📩 The opus package

Competitive compensation + meaningful equity

–

real ownership in opus’ long-term success

Impact from day one

–

high ownership, fast customer feedback, responsibility for outcomes

AI-first, builder environment

–

the best tools, low overhead, strong bias to ship and learn

In-person by design

–

Berlin-Mitte office, high focus, ambitious team, low ego

28 vacation days

\& flexibility when you need to recharge

🧑‍🚀 Our interview process

We take hiring seriously because early hires shape opus for years to come. Our process is

transparent, relevant, and fast

– so both sides can decide with confidence. If you’re on a timeline, tell us.

We can move quickly
