About The Role

We are seeking highly skilled Senior and Principal Members of our Technical staff to spearhead the development of the front end for our next-generation Oracle Health Clinical Applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of healthcare technology by designing and implementing cloud-native, AI-driven applications that are both user-friendly and robust. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, UX designers, and platform engineers—to develop large-scale single-page applications (SPAs) that are accessible, high-performing, and secure. Your expertise will help shape intuitive user experiences and develop resilient APIs that support Oracle Health’s mission-critical platforms. The role requires a proactive approach, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to excellence in delivering scalable and maintainable front-end solutions within an Agile, CI/CD environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

5-10 years of experience developing complex, large-scale front-end applications

Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of ES6 standards

Proficiency in React and Redux (or equivalent state management libraries)

Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass or Less, with a focus on responsive and accessible design

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha/Chai, React Testing Library, and end-to-end testing tools like Puppeteer, Cypress, or Selenium

Proficiency with build tools including Webpack, npm/yarn, and version control systems such as Git

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques like code-splitting, lazy loading, and bundle splitting

Experience with containerized deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of security best practices in front-end development

Preferred qualifications include experience with accessibility tooling, design tools like Figma or Sketch, and backend collaboration using Node.js, Express, or Java. Knowledge of feature flagging, A/B testing, and analytics is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design and develop large-scale single-page applications with modular architecture and robust state management

Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces adhering to WCAG and inclusive design standards

Integrate front-end components with REST and GraphQL backend services, optimizing data fetching and caching strategies

Establish and maintain unit and end-to-end testing, performance budgets, and monitoring systems to ensure high-quality deliverables

Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate prototypes into production-ready interfaces

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and comprehensive documentation

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment

Optimize application performance through techniques such as code-splitting, lazy loading, and security best practices

Support containerized deployment workflows and ensure scalable, resilient front-end solutions
