The Product Manager will be a member of the development team working on My Oracle Support Applications. The My Oracle Support application portfolio is used by Oracle Customer Support to manage and resolve all customer initiated service requests for Oracle products.
This Product Manager will be working with MOS Integrations and Migrations.
The candidate needs to analyze, gather and document business requirements. Write detailed user stories, use cases, data flows, test cases. Work closely with business to understand and document requirements. Work closely with development to make sure the business requirements are converted to mockups and technical details that developer can use to build the system.
Below skills are critical for success in this role:
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, working as a business analyst/Program manager/Process Manager
Skills to understand business requirements and write detailed use cases
Knowledge of Oracle Support business processes is a plus
Good documenting skills to write up user stories and Technical details/use case flows
Experience working across teams to finalize business requirements
Knowledge of Jira, confluence and project planning is required
Flexibility to working with global team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player in taking ownership of issues and resolving them
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Superior project management and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
As a member of the My Oracle Support development team, candidate will perform high-level design discussions based on requirements provided.
Work closely with development and business to prioritize and plan work.
Work with partner applications that will either send or receive data from MOS.
Understand the integration use cases, data flow requirements.
Contribute to data migration planning and execution as products and services gradually move out of legacy application.
Run and/or participate in scrum calls. Will be working with team members across the globe.
Candidate should be self-motivated and willing to work independently with little oversight and deliver projects on time.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
