Who We’re Looking For?

You're a top-notch software developer with a passion for quality and a knack for automation. You’re someone that would take the time on a weekend to join a hackathon, just to sharpen your skills. You enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and building systems that scale. You’re not just looking to write tests—you want to develop impactful tools and infrastructure that make the whole engineering organization better.

Your Background Might Include:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top university (Master’s a plus).

Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, networking, programming paradigms.

Full-stack development experience.

Experience with different design patterns and software architectures.

Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Golang, C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell, or Perl; understanding when to use each.

Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.

Cloud experience (OCI, AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts or technologies is a plus.

Participation in competitive coding is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking, fast learning ability, and a drive to excel.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a member of this team, you’ll work alongside some of the best and brightest minds from premium schools - peers who, like you, are driven to solve meaningful problems . You’ll gain deep, hands-on experience with high-visibility, revenue-generating products like Oracle Autonomous Cloud, and play a key role in upholding their quality and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing functional and design specifications, defining robust test strategies, and developing scalable test automation. You’ll also stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies—and take an active role in shaping how these innovations are applied from a customer-focused perspective .

In addition to test development, you’ll design, build, and maintain impactful end-to-end automation tools and processes that support thousands of engineers across the development lifecycle. You’ll explore and apply industry-leading technologies—such as AI and predictive algorithms—to build smart, internal products that are essential to the success of our external offerings.

You’ll flex a wide range of skills : applying technical expertise to craft elegant solutions, managing projects to deliver results, promoting adoption across teams, and evolving your work to ensure long-term impact. Collaboration is key—you’ll work fluidly with teams such as release management, product management, and development.

You’ll grow into an expert problem solver, proactively identifying and delivering effective, efficient solutions to real-world challenges. You’ll sharpen your ability to write enterprise-grade software —and you’ll do it all on a high-caliber, collaborative team that lifts each other up.
