What you’ll be doing
Design and develop integration solutions between various cloud services.
Implement and maintain observability frameworks using logging, monitoring, and tracing tools such as Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Develop and manage data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage to facilitate analytics and data processing.
Collect and process usage data from AWS and Azure, integrating it into BigQuery for analytics and reporting.
Ensure seamless data integration and availability across multiple cloud environments
Build automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and enhance reliability through observability-driven insights.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and data teams to align integration and observability solutions with business objectives.
Establish best practices for logging, monitoring, and alerting across cloud-based applications and services.
What you’ll need to know/have
4+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
Experience with observability tools (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana).
Hands-on experience with data pipelines and analytics tools (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Looker).
Experience with REST APIs
Knowledge of Kubernetes (GKE) or serverless computing (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run), and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for developing integration solutions and automation scripts.
