A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Design and develop all digital platforms (web/app/other);
Provide level 2 support service delivery from requirements management system (IT xuly);
Identify, control and minimize risks related to the construction, management and development of technology activities under the Department
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:* 3+ years of proven hands-on Java software development experience
Strong Java Fundamentals: Deep expertise in Java 8+, with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and critical principles (SOLID, DRY).
Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices in a production environment.
Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) including schema design, optimization, and JPA/Hibernate.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experienced in handling high-volume data is a big plus
Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sector is a big plus.
Experience with event-driven architecture and streaming platforms (Apache Kafka)
