Join our Team as a Product Manager in our Innovation \& Technology department!

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to own and drive the development and growth of our SaaS and IoT product portfolio. The Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving a cloud-based software product. This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver products that solve customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.

The Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and ensures the product delivers value while aligning with company strategy and revenue goals. This role will own the roadmap for cloud-connected products that bridge hardware and software – delivering seamless, technology-driven solutions to customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Product Strategy \& Vision:

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for our SaaS and IoT platforms, aligning connected hardware capabilities with cloud-based software services.

Develop clear revenue \& P\&L metrics for products.

Lead the R\&D coordination and ideation for new products.

Customer \& Market Insight:

Gather feedback from customers, partners, and the field to understand real-world use cases, pain points, and emerging opportunities in connected ecosystems.

Act as a liaison between stakeholder teams and end users to surface knowledge gaps and improve content relevance.

Roadmap Ownership:

Build and manage the end-to-end product roadmap—from firmware integrations to cloud APIs, dashboards, and mobile applications.

Manage content in platforms such as SharePoint or similar systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure robust connectivity, device management, and data exchange between physical products and cloud services.

Promote knowledge-sharing culture through best practices, training, and enablement programs.

Requirements Definition:

Review and provide feedback on user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria for SaaS features, IoT integrations, and data analytics functionality.

Ensure alignment with user experience principles and accessibility standards.

Data \& Platform Enablement:

Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define data collection, telemetry, and insight capabilities that enhance user value.

Support training initiatives by providing content for workshops, e-learning modules, and self-service portals.

Go-to-Market Execution:

Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to launch new SaaS features, pricing models, and service offerings for connected products.

Support the creation and update of all sales collateral, sales support, and solutions consulting material.

Lifecycle \& Metrics Management:

Define success metrics (adoption, retention, uptime, device engagement, ARR) and drive continuous improvement through data-informed iteration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience). MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, IoT, or connected device ecosystems.

Proven track record managing products that integrate hardware and cloud software.

Familiarity with IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, REST APIs, Bluetooth, Zigbee).

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or Google Cloud IoT).

Experience leading agile development teams and managing product backlogs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of insurance processes such as quoting, policy issuance, endorsements, billing, claims, and compliance reporting.

Experience with device lifecycle management, over-the-air (OTA) updates, or edge computing.

Familiarity with user analytics and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Amplitude, Mixpanel).

Understanding of data security and compliance in IoT/SaaS (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a high-performance environment where your expertise drives real results.

Growth Potential: Join a supportive team with a path for growth.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, PTO, and more.
