We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
with the ownership mindset of a mini product founder. You will be end to end responsible for individual products from both sides of our platform - professional car dealerships and workshops using our back office / partner tools, and customers booking rentals via web and app. Your mission is to deeply understand their problems and productize insights to ship experiences that move the needle on growth, conversion, and retention.
You are not a feature factory delivery manager. You are a builder who starts with customer problems, loves experiments and funnel optimization, and still enjoys getting your hands dirty and isn’t too proud to write tickets and dig into data.

What you will do
Support product strategy and roadmap:
Help develop our marketplace product vision and strategy as well as translate company goals into a clear roadmap with clear priorities
Understand marketplace needs:
Speak to our partners to understand their workflows, incentives, and friction points in our back office tooling, to our customers to understand different segments, journeys and pain points as well as to our internal teams.
Move the needle:
Balance 0 to 1 bets with 1 to n optimization of existing flows and experiences through cross-functional experimentation across pricing presentation, packages, and messaging
Piece together the data points:
Turn qualitative insight and quantitative data into crisp problem statements, hypotheses, and product decisions while defining and tracking KPIs
Optimize our funnel:
Own key funnels across the business, from landing page to search, vehicle selection, checkout, and post booking experience
Act as sparring partner to tech:
Work day to day with Engineering to turn problems into solutions, from low fidelity concepts to production ready features (incl. writing clear product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria)
Own and evolve core workflows:
Take on development of key products by defining simple, lightweight product practices that support discovery, prioritization, and learning without overloading the team with process.
Requirements Who you are
You bring a builder mindset
and, ideally, have founder or start-up experience
You have 5+ years of experience
in Product Management in high growth tech, ideally in marketplaces, mobility, travel, or a similar space
You have owned core user journeys
end to end from discovery through launch and iteration
You are comfortable both with the qualitative
(running own discovery through interviews, shadowing, ticket analysis, and journey mapping)
and quantitative
(working with analytics tools and funnels, A/B testing, CVR optimization, defining metrics, and running experiments)
You have strong product sense and UX intuition
for both B2C experiences and internal tools
You move fast, unblock other, as well as are hands on and pragmatic
, equally happy writing tickets and acceptance criteria or discussing strategy with leadership
You are comfortable mocking up flows and wireframes,
ideally using AI to push for simplicity and clarity
You are a strong communicator
and can bring people along on decisions, incl. when you need to say no
You are fluent in English.
German, Dutch, Danish, or Spanish are a plus
