We are looking for an

early-career Salesforce Developer

who has strong backend development foundations and is ready to step into more complex, client-facing Salesforce work — with the right support around them.

This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond “learning the basics”, can demonstrate backend engineering capability, and is motivated to become a confident, well-rounded Salesforce developer.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work as part of a delivery team alongside experienced Salesforce Architects, Consultants, and Developers, contributing to real client projects from day one.

You will:

Build, test, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow

Apply solid

backend engineering principles

to Salesforce development (clean code, testing, performance, scalability)

Translate business and functional requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions

Support and build API-based integrations (primarily REST) with external systems

Write unit tests, prepare test data, and support QA during defect resolution

Learn and apply Salesforce best practices across

Salesforce Core clouds

Participate in client-facing discussions, demos, and delivery ceremonies

Continuously build your Salesforce capability through hands-on project work and platform learning

Contribute to a positive, collaborative high-performing team culture where learning is encouraged

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone with

strong foundations and the right mindset

, not someone who already knows everything.

Around

2 - 3 years of backend development experience

(Java, C#, Node.js, or similar)

Demonstrated ability to build and reason about

server-side logic

, data models, and integrations

Hands-on Salesforce development experience using

Apex, LWC, and/or Flow

Experience working with

REST APIs

and integrating systems

Familiarity with Git-based version control

Comfort engaging in

client-facing conversations

(explaining solutions, asking questions, clarifying requirements)

A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to continuously improve

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I) are an advantage

Previous exposure to

Salesforce Core clouds

(Sales, Service, Experience) and Health Cloud would be advantageous
