Job description
As an Operations Team Lead (Fleet Management IT/FR/NE), you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of service and operational performance for our clients for Italy, France, Netherlands. You’ll lead and develop a team of Operations Specialists, manage the day-to-day operations of several key car-sharing partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellence at scale.
Main ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership \& Development
Team leadership \& development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 Operations Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance management: Set clear objectives, track results, and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
People empowerment: Support your team’s professional development and autonomy, encouraging ownership and operational excellence.
Culture \& engagement: Champion Otoqi’s mission and values, inspiring passion, motivation, and commitment among your team members.
Cross-country collaboration: Work closely with international teams and clients across Italy and France, with occasional travel to ensure alignment and operational success.
Operations \& Account Management
Fleet operations management: Oversee daily fleet operations for three major car-sharing companies in Italy, France and Netherlands, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Customer relationship management: maintain regular communication with customers, understand their needs, align expectations frequently and ensure proactive, tailored service.
Customer satisfaction: Maintain high client loyalty through proactive issue resolution, performance monitoring, and consistent service quality.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Digital Product, Operations Excellence, BPO, etc.) to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
Business growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and enhance service offerings.
Driver capacity planning: Ensure sufficient driver availability by coordinating recruitment and monitoring acquisition metrics.
Performance analysis: Analyze operational data and implement action plans to achieve and exceed financial and operational KPIs.
Expected outcomesEnsure fleet operations run smoothly, reliably, and meet all KPIs for client accounts.

Your profile
Operations expertise: Proven track record in operations management, ideally within a fast-paced, tech-driven, or mobility-related environment. You know how to turn complex challenges into efficient, scalable solutions.
Leadership \& people management: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years managing teams. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others.
Data-driven mindset: Analytical and comfortable working with data and KPIs to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve performance.
Communication \& collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster collaboration across teams and departments.
Strategic mindset \& adaptability: You’re proactive, resilient, and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments. You challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
Language skills: Fluent in English (C1 level minimum), proficiency in Italian, basic French.
Nice To haveTech \& industry experience: Experience in a tech scale-up or within the automotive/mobility/delivery industry.
B2B operations \& account management: Background in B2B operations or account management with mid to large enterprise clients.
Language skills: Knowledge of French (written and spoken) is a plus.
Data \& automation skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools or automation processes to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
