Job Summary

Our US-based client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team as we build and validate our next-generation fintech platform. This is an opportunity to help craft user-facing experiences that bring clarity, control, and collaboration to modern personal finance.We’re looking for someone with deep technical experience who’s excited to:

Build and evolve our software platform using Ruby on Rails and React, contributing to both the frontend and backend architecture.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with performance and scalability in mind.

Collaborate closely with the founding team to iterate quickly on product direction, technical tradeoffs, and customer feedback.

Bring a product mindset—considering usability, edge cases, and long-term maintainability in every implementation.

Help shape our engineering practices and technical roadmap with a bias toward security, transparency, and control—the same values we bring to our customers.

Offer mentorship and thoughtful feedback to other team members, fostering a culture of learning and inclusion.

+3 years of experience as a Full Stack engineer

Advanced english level

Highly proficient in Ruby on Rails (8+)

Experience working with RSpec and React (19+)

Previous experience working at a US-based fintech company is highly preferred

Schedule \& Working hours:

This is an 8-hour shift full-time job. We ask for at least a 9 AM–4 PM CT overlap (You can work 7 am to 4 pm CST or 9 am to 6 pm CST).

Compensation:

$3,500 - $4,500 usd/month
