About Role
Location :
Finance St, Central, Hong Kong
Duration : 1 year contract and extendable based on performance and requirement
Mode : Onsite
JD:
Strong software design and development skills, particularly in Python
– Strong experience in implementing real-time, event driven KDB based platform is a plus
– Strong experience in implementing high performance, large scale end-to-end software solutions in Java is a plus
– Extreme programming/test driven development experience
– A science or engineering degree in computer science or engineering
– Financial knowledge / understanding of delta-one products, prime brokerage, cash trading and equity derivatives is a huge plus.
– Strong entrepreneurial and communication skills, ability to reliably drive initiatives and work well in a team.
Skills:
Proficient with Python. Proficient with KDB / Q and/or Java is a huge plus
Proficient with UNIX and Scripting
A keen learner who will keep abreast of various market and technology trends
