What you will do at Parashift

As a Junior Solution Engineer / Technical Consultant in our Professional Services team, you’ll be a hands-on implementer ensuring our clients get the most out of the Parashift platform. Your role is to translate the given business requirements into working technical configurations. Working closely with Senior Consultants and Project Managers, you will execute the technical setup and continuously improve automation rates. This is your chance to dive deep into AI technology and rapidly build a skillset in high demand. Here’s what you’ll do:

Execute technical implementations: You will set up the Parashift platform for new projects, configuring automation agents, ERP-Automation Matching, document types, extraction rules, and workflows to ensure data is captured accurately and work is automated according to client needs.

Drive performance optimization: You will analyze automtion results in live projects and actively fine-tune the configurations.

Support client solutions: You will assist in analyzing client document processes and help demonstrate how our platform technically handles their specific data challenges.

Accelerate your expertise: You will start by learning from the team and quickly take ownership of your own work packages, evolving from a learner to a trusted technical specialist.

What You Bring to Parashift’s Success

Educational Background: A degree or training in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Computer Science, or a comparable technical education.

"Super Fast" Learner: You have an exceptional ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly. You don’t just learn how to use a tool; you want to understand the logic behind it.

Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable working with data structures and logic. Experience with, or a strong willingness to learn, technologies like REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Regular Expressions (Regex) is essential.

Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving logic puzzles. You can look at a complex use-case / requirement and mentally break it down into structured items and tasks.

Hunger for Growth: You are looking for more than just a job; you want a steep career trajectory. You are proactive, eager to prove yourself, and ready to take responsibility early on.

Communication Skills: You can explain technical configurations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented way.

Languages: Native/Fluent German and fluent English are mandatory.
