YOUR POSITION
The Junior Product Manager is responsible for the coordination of local implementation \& orchestration of the star launches, following the International Marketing Strategy, with a 360 view on their category together with the lead of the Senior Product Manager BNL. Additionally, they are also responsible for analyzing the specificities of the local competitive environment and clients to fine-tune the international strategy for local implementation.
Job responsibilities
Your Main Responsabilities
Local adaptation of international strategy \& marketing plan
Deliver an efficient \& impactful 360° plan for every star launch, maximizing every touchpoint with every stake – holder (PR, Training, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, CRM \& E-Business…)
Close collaboration with MOP Europe teams to share best practices and stretch every launch plan
Sales cycle meetings preparation and harmonization by categories: presentation of each cycle’s novelties to the sales teams, development of sell – out tools
Key contributor to every business review preparation \& participation to pre- budget annual meeting
Operational marketing \& reporting
Monthly sell-out analysis based on Nielsen panel
Star launches reportings and follow – up for MOP Europe teams
Close collaboration with customer service, KAMs \& Retail managers for every star launch preparation
Close participation in business review preparation: BU, R1, R2 (sales review by commercial line, expenses review, Orion reporting \& post BR adjustments
Responsible of the yearly construction \& monthly follow – up of the Netherlands 3 axis Sampling, GWPs \& AOG plan
Monthly expenses monitoring for A\&P
Analysis of every star launch ROI, together with involved departments, with follow – up and learning/action plans
Forecasting
Logistic Forecasting Sales products, POSM, Testers, Samples and AOG
Financial Forecasting Sell-in BNP by product, Sell-out Market share by product
Trainee Management
Recruitment, training and Management of temporary assistant (trainees)

Profile
Education: Business school - Bachelor / Master
First experience in marketing requested
Experience in beauty is a plus
Language skills: excellent written and spoken knowledge in English and Dutch.
Knowledge of the French is a plus
Social skills: energetic, sociable, communicative
Affinity: lifestyle and luxury
Excellent skills in Excel and Power point
