What you'll do:
Build robust, scalable backend services and APIs (mainly using
Python
)
Create responsive, user-friendly frontends with
React/Next.js
, focusing on clean code, reusability, and security
Work hand-in-hand with product managers, analysts, and business users to understand needs and turn them into smart technical solutions
Design and optimize databases (
MongoDB
and
PostgreSQL
) and build solid APIs
Integrate AI features (like automation, chatbots, agent systems, and prototypes) to enhance the platform
Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools like
GitLab CI/CD
,
Docker
,
Kubernetes
, and
ArgoCD
Support multi-region deployments while handling location-specific rules and requirements
Ensure high security, data integrity, and best practices
Contribute to automated testing, debugging, performance improvements, and documentation
Build reusable components and libraries together with the team
What we're looking for:
Solid full-stack experience (level depending on junior/mid/senior), with strong
Python
skills for backend and data work
Good knowledge of modern frontend (
React/Next.js
, HTML/CSS)
Experience designing and working with REST APIs,
MongoDB
(NoSQL), and
PostgreSQL
(RDBMS)
Familiarity with
Docker
,
Kubernetes
, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD experience is a plus)
Understanding of microservices and cloud-native development (Azure experience preferred)
Interest or experience in AI tools, frameworks, and integrations
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of design patterns/algorithms
Comfort working in
Agile/Scrum
environments
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Proactive, self-driven attitude and enjoyment of teamwork in a small, distributed setup
