eCommerce Assistant Manager / Manager
Responsibilities: E-Commerce Strategy:* Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the online customer journey, addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute online promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data and website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve online sales.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and manage product availability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure cohesive operations.
Requirements* Degree Holder E-Commerce or other related discipline
2+ years solid working experience in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms, with experience in F\&B industry is a must
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
