Product Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to work across our payments experience and deliver new products and features as we rapidly scale our offering.
As a key member of our product team, you'll have the chance to shape the future of our products and platform, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth. This role is perfect for a results driven individual who is passionate about delivering seamless and valuable customer experiences.
You’ll be working with cross functional teams in Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, and will play a pivotal role in executing and giving input on the product strategy and roadmap for our platform offering. You’ll have the opportunity to have an impact on the customer experience quickly and take insights from idea to real product.
Responsibilities
Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to bring product features to life, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
Documentation: Craft clear, compelling product documentation, including epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, to align design, engineering and marketing teams.
Customer Advocacy: Drive a customer-first approach, using feedback and data to inform product decisions and improve the overall payments platform experience.
Analytics and Reporting: Define and track KPIs to measure success, report on progress, and iterate on the rewards products and features based on data driven insights.
Process Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities for optimising the platform experience, increasing user engagement, and reducing friction in the user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to continuously innovate and improve the payments offering
About You
Proven experience as a Product Manager at a fast-paced tech company, comfortable with ambiguity and quick execution.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features that drive engagement and value. Experience driving discovery and customer interviews and plus.
Proven track record of working effectively with cross functional teams to launch successful products.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decision making and measure product success.
Demonstrated ability to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them.
Experience working with product analytics tools and collaborating with engineering teams to implement new features.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and rally stakeholders behind a shared vision
