Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Lead the development and enhancement of managed service offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for new services or improvements to existing services based on customer feedback and market trends.

Customer Needs Collection:

Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze customer requirements.

Translate customer needs into actionable product and service specifications.

Service Solution Design:

Develop and propose managed service solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Ensure solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Tender and Bid Management:

Actively participate in tender and bid processes, preparing technical and commercial proposals for managed services.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals meet both customer and organizational objectives.

IT Service Management:

Apply ITIL principles to ensure efficient service delivery and management.

Utilize ITSM tools to monitor, track, and optimize service performance and processes.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of managed service solutions.

Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including service catalogs, proposals, and operational guidelines.

Knowledge Development:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT service management, ITSM tools, and industry standards.

Provide training and guidance to internal teams on managed service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or business.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, product development, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, etc.).

  • Familiarity with IT deskside, network, and operations support services.

  • Experience in designing and implementing managed service solutions.

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles is essential; ITIL certification is a significant advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.

  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering quality service.
