For our client, a renowned Dutch corporate, we are exclusively searching for an ambitious Product Manager Customer Lifecycle data.
Your mission
As Product Manager for the Customer Lifecycle data team, youâll shape the products that turn data into real business impact. Youâll build data-driven products that predict churn and reveal the true value of every customer, insights that guide smarter marketing, goal setting, and business decisions.
The team sits within the Data \& Intelligence domain and connects functions like marketing, finance, customer service, and growth. Together, youâll develop scalable data products that support commercial steering, personalised propositions, and stronger retention, directly contributing to growth, loyalty, and margin improvement.
Your role as Senior Product Manager - Customer Lifecycle data
Youâll define and deliver the roadmap for data products that predict churn and model customer lifetime value (CLV). These products help identify, grow, and retain high-value customers, shaping how to personalise pricing, campaigns, and propositions.
Together with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and analysts, youâll develop scalable products that turn data into action. Youâll rebuild and scale the CLV and churn models to improve accuracy, transparency, and usability.
Youâll make sure these insights are accessible, trusted, and actionable across the organisation, from marketing and finance to customer service.
Youâll collect and translate business requirements into clear priorities for the team, aligning diverse needs into a focused backlog.
Youâll bridge the gap between commercial and technical stakeholders, promoting a product mindset and steering the shift from project-based work to scalable data products.
Youâll tackle current challenges head-on: improving data quality, speeding up long runtimes, and increasing model reliability.
By introducing measurable KPIs and explainability, youâll strengthen confidence in data-driven decisions and move the organisation away from gut-feel steering.
Your work will directly enable personalised campaigns, smarter pricing, and better control of customer value across the business, delivering tangible impact on retention, growth, and margin.
Your profile
You have a strong track record in Product Management (5+ years), delivering data-heavy products used by internal stakeholders.
Strong data literacy, Â youâre confident talking about metrics, data pipelines, model performance and data quality.
Experience with CLV models or similar data use cases is a strong plus.
Youâre skilled at building stakeholder alignment and driving adoption, turning complex change into tangible impact across business teams.
Youâre comfortable challenging commercial stakeholders while balancing priorities and building trust.
You combine technical sharpness with clear storytelling and the ability to translate data into business value.
You have strong affinity with business steering and marketing-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with tools like Snowflake or Collibra is a plus.
Above all, you have the mindset to take full ownership of your domain and stay pragmatic in delivery.
Whatâs in it for you?
Fixed year salary between ⏠90,000 - ⏠125,000 + annual bonus.
