Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Engineer
to join a leading organization within the
Banking and Financial Services (BFSI)
domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using
C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, React, and TypeScript
Build scalable and secure backend services and APIs
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills \& Experience
7–10 years of hands-on experience in
full-stack development
Strong expertise in
C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
Proficiency in
React and TypeScript
Experience working in
BFSI / Banking domain
environments
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and application architecture
Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in BFSI systems
