PepsiCo has determined Revenue Growth Management (RGM) as being a critical capability to rapidly scale to address intense external headwinds across the retail landscape, on-going competitive pressure and to underpin PepsiCo’s ambitious top line and margin goals. PepsiCo RGM is a relatively new function where transformation, technology, strategy and capabilities enablement are being set up to be best in class, and to be standardized and deployed globally. Role Overview
The main purpose of this role is to lead the RGM Premiumization agenda to ensure PepsiCo captures the full growth potential of such a critical lever for our long-term success. This person should be able to fully leverage and enhance the Premiumization Guide by working closely with Upstream and Downstream teams, as well as BU teams, ultimately setting PepsiCo up for long term, consumer centric focused topline and profit growth.
In addition, the role will also focus both internally and externally, driving internal communications and competitive benchmarking to ensure PepsiCo is set up for long term success.* This role has various available locations: SP (Vitoria), Switzerland (Geneva), Ireland (Dublin/Cork), Czech Republic (Prague), Turkey (Istanbul), Poland (Krakow/Warsaw), Romania, Serbia.
Responsibilities: 1) Expanding our understanding of how to drive a Premium Agenda through best practice and external learning, further enhancing our Premium Playbook
Best Practice Consolidation across Anchor Markets
External Learning Agenda and Execution
Partner with Global Marketing Organization to expand and embed Premium Learnings (e.g. Innovation Agenda)
Integration of Premium Playbook into Growth Navigator
Enrich Premium Playbook with a beverages lens and further enhancements for snacks
2) Leveraging the current Premium Playbook to partner with Anchor Markets to develop a premium agenda to unlock future growth sources and impact in the 2026 AOP
Support Anchor Markets who have Identified Premiumization as a Key Big Bet
Drive Premiumization in Playbook Identified Priority Markets
Expand Premiumization knowledge and capability with dedicated learning approach
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
7 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management
Preferred Qualifications:* Insights or Marketing Expertise – Consumer focused mindset and ideally experience in Premium Products and Portfolio management
MBA
Strategy Expertise – Strong record in CPG Strategy and Consulting practice with minimum 5 years CPG experience. Proven track record demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving
Global Mindset – Experience in multiple markets, allowing to take an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global contexts and stakeholders (e.g., market needs, labor practices, legal issues) when building strategies and driving results. Capitalizes on an understanding of global business and societal dynamics to create flexible strategies that resonate across geographies or business categories
Analytical Expertise – Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights \& translating into high level executive summary, storylines \& concise practical plans for execution
Presentation – Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts \& figures in a compelling way and adapt content to a variety of senior leadership and middle management audiences – specifically including strong PowerPoint and Excel competence
Communication – Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy to understand way
Leadership – Proven leadership and people development skills. Cross-functional collaboration experience and working in a matrix organization
Influence – Demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at Senior Leadership level and across a wide stakeholder group in Functions, Sectors and BUs. Ability to influence at high level without authority.
Commercial Acumen – Broad multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG and/or Retail. Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease
Self-starter – Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment, resourcefulness in getting things done, Cross functions collaboration
