Summary

: We are seeking a seasoned Backend Staff Engineer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable microservices using Node.js and AWS.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation,

SRE mindset

with a background in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js .

Implement and Integrate secure RESTful APIs with JWT-based authentication and role-based access control.

Build and deploy services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway).

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity.

Write unit and integration tests using Mocha, Chai, Jest, and Supertest.

Optimize performance of backend services (e.g., caching with Redis, rate limiting).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using Splunk, Observe, or AppDynamics.
