What You'll Do:
In this role, you will design and develop backend services that power robust applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while owning end‑to‑end development responsibilities.
Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Writing clean, maintainable, and unit‑testable code using JUnit, following TDD principles.
Conducting code reviews, debugging production issues, and ensuring continuous performance optimization.
Contributing to architectural discussions and improving backend service reliability.
Expertise You'll Bring:
We are looking for someone with deep backend engineering experience and strong architectural understanding—not an entry‑level Java developer. You should be confident in owning tasks independently while delivering high‑quality solutions.
You should bring:
Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
Advanced proficiency in Java, Hibernate, and MySQL.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to take ownership, work with minimal supervision, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
(Good to Have) Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
