The Role

What We’re Looking For
Required
Computer or laptop (doesn't need to be super powerful)
Examples of ingenuity and things you’ve created (ideally software, but also designs, business concepts, tools, or real-world builds)
A genuine interest in computers and software
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with AI tools (or eager to learn)
Preferred
Some experience with software development (professional, academic, or self-taught)
Basic understanding of software architecture and the software development lifecycle
Examples of personal projects, things you've created (websites, software, designs, businesses or concepts for businesses, non-softwate creations such as art also considered, experiments, etc)
