Overview:
PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a
Cloud Engineer
with experience in
Azure and/or AWS
to manage secure and reliable cloud infrastructure. The role involves provisioning and optimising cloud resources, implementing security controls, and supporting cloud governance, monitoring, and automation.
You will manage
cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, monitoring, and backup/DR strategies
, while supporting teams with cloud deployments, migrations, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise
Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure
Implement
cloud security controls, IAM/RBAC, and encryption
Monitor cloud environments for
performance, availability, and cost optimisation
Configure
cloud networking, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS
Implement
backup and disaster recovery solutions
Support
cloud governance, monitoring, and compliance
Automate operational tasks using
PowerShell
