Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate (Senior) Product Manager to oversee our Respiratory portfolio / Women’s Health. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate a proven ability to lead the planning and drive execution excellence \& business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand \& Product Portfolio Management

Discover category growth drivers, consumer insights, and emerging opportunity trends.

Identify the portfolio pipeline through data analysis and partner with the innovation team to drive initiatives and achieve business goals.

Own the product design process (e.g., product name and packaging design), ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy.

Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution Excellence:

Lead the strategic development and integrated marketing activation campaign plan to achieve business goals.

Execute an integrated marketing plan that effectively combines ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing efforts to maximize brand reach and consumer and customer engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with KOLs (HCPs and social influencers) to support brand advocacy and credibility.

Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Monitor brand performance metrics and manage the A\&P budget to enhance brand equity and achieve financial objectives.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

Direct external agencies and internal teams to deliver innovative market activations and breakthrough results.

Ensure cohesive collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless strategy execution and operational effectiveness.

Ad-Hoc Project Management:

Handle ad-hoc tasks and produce detailed reports as needed to support ongoing marketing operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a track record of success in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Strong ability to handle ambiguity and work independently.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to set and achieve clear KPIs.

Effective collaboration and communication skills, capable of working in a matrix organization.
