Spot Product Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Spot Product Manager to own the design, iteration, and growth of our spot trading business. You will lead the development of core spot trading functions, optimize user experience, and drive user acquisition \& AUM growth through operational tools. This role requires deep expertise in spot trading products and cross-team collaboration to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of spot trading products: Design and iterate core functions (e.g., order types, trading interfaces, position management) and optimize end-to-end user experience (onboarding, transaction flow, post-trade analysis) to enhance usability and retention.
Lead spot operational growth initiatives: Develop and launch growth tools such as Candydrop, Launchpool, and Launchpad; define rules, track performance, and iterate based on data to drive user acquisition, activation, and AUM growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, data) to deliver product features on schedule; align with the spot business team to translate strategies into actionable product roadmaps.
Conduct data analysis and market research: Monitor key metrics (user count, AUM, transaction volume, conversion rate), analyze user behavior, and benchmark against industry competitors to identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure product compliance and risk control: Coordinate with compliance teams to align spot trading features and growth activities with regulatory requirements; mitigate operational and user experience risks.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years of internet product management experience, with at least 2 years in spot trading product roles (crypto, securities, or forex spot experience preferred).
Deep understanding of spot trading mechanisms (order matching, liquidity management, transaction settlement) and user pain points; proven track record in optimizing trading experience or driving user/AUM growth via operational tools (e.g., Launchpad, incentive programs).
Strong data-driven thinking: Proficient in using data analysis tools to track metrics, identify insights, and guide product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
Familiarity with crypto/fintech industry trends and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
