We are now recruiting for a new Senior Manager Business Excellence to join our Operations Strategy \& Excellence team in Lausanne, Switzerland!

Your purpose –

As Senior Manager Business Excellence within our Business Excellence and Capabilities team, you will collaborate with global Operations sub-functions and beyond Operations to drive strategic transformation and excellence across Plan-to-Deliver value stream.

By leading projects that directly enable the transformation of end-to-end business processes, focusing on process redesign, optimization, and the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) practices, you will help to enact change across PMI in partnership with Procurement, Supply Chain, Digitalisation teams, Finance, markets and many more!

Your ‘day to day’ –

Build, activate, and sustain robust change management plans that ensure successful adoption and lasting impact of transformation initiatives. For each process, drive in-depth analysis on process performance, improvement opportunities, and change readiness.

Own relationships with other departments to ensure the “Plan to deliver” transformation roadmap is communicated and delivered upon accurately, and opportunities are identified as part of the PMI process transformation vision plans.

Develop sound conclusions based on project methodology and analysis, and present clear, fact-based recommendations to Steering Committees and Senior Operations management.

Bring thought leadership, objective analytics and outside in knowledge to influence decision making.

Lead the deployment, application and adoption of business excellence models and change programs across functions to build people capabilities and instil sustainability in ways of working. Coach the organization to achieve step changes in innovation, reliability and agility.

Continuously assess organizational capability maturity vs. plan and KPIs. Diagnose functional activities and identify knowledge based and organizational barriers to excellence.

Who we’re looking for –

Key Experience:

10+ years of work experience in a Business Excellence, Process Improvement, and Strategy Development, ideally in global Consultancy setting.

Deep global exposure to Operations (e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) of similar complexity to large multi-national FMCG organisation.

Master’s degree (MS, MBA, etc.) is a plus.

Evidence of using Business Excellence Capabilities to deliver global process and performance improvements.

Outstanding track record of performance throughout your career.

Proven track record leading and influencing mid-level and senior management.

Adept at using outside benchmarks, various sources of data and analytics skills to make the case for change.

Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of process mapping and redesign methodologies

Deep understanding of change management frameworks and best practices to drive adoption and transformation

Business Excellence tools (BPM, KPI dashboards, SAP extractions, process mining)

Deep Knowledge of AI application to business transformation

Proficient in English – other languages are an advantage.

Analytical \& Data-driven decision skills

Ability to build personal relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and open communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills according to audience

Listening \& Customer centric Skills

Strong change leadership, project management and collaborator engagement capabilities
