Overview of the role
Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
We are now looking for a Senior Cloud Services Analyst to join our team and tackle complex cloud service issues, shape our processes and procedures and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud solutions.
What will you be doing?
Take ownership of complex, high-impact cloud support cases, providing expert 3rd-line support across Azure infrastructure and applications.
Act as a technical lead within the team - guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior analysts while helping to shape our technical direction.
Drive service improvements through automation, performance tuning, and proactive optimisation of our cloud platforms.
Collaborate closely with DevOps to design and implement automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions that reduce manual workload.
Help define and refine cloud service processes and procedures to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery.
Lead on major incident response and resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up improvements are implemented.
Contribute to the evolution of our service offerings - bringing fresh ideas, new technologies, and smarter ways of working to the table.
Partner with customers and internal teams to provide trusted technical advice and ensure our Azure solutions deliver real business value.
Why you should apply?
At Phoenix, our philosophy is simple – we aim to be the UK’s leading IT solution and managed service provider and that means we recognise that it’s our people who are the heart of everything we do.
We do this by providing the encouragement, support and skill development that you need to be the very best you can be at work. We are proud of our culture, so much so that we have developed our Culture Blueprint which you can read here.
