We are looking for a Tech Lead with a global financial institution to lead a team on the development of a digital platform for the APAC office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers through the full software development life cycle. Responsible for code reviews, sprint planning, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Act as a hands-on contributor, writing clean, maintainable code across the stack. Utilize React Native for mobile experiences and Java/Spring Boot for robust back-end services.
Architect and develop high-performance, secure REST APIs to support platform functionality and ensure seamless integration with internal financial systems and third-party services.
Oversee the deployment and management of applications within a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security compliance aligned with institutional standards.
Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and global stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
Requirements
Proven hands-on expertise in React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework for building enterprise-grade microservices.
Demonstrated experience in a tech lead or team management capacity, with a track record of successfully delivering complex digital platforms or products.
Solid experience working in cloud-native environments and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud security best practices.
Fluent English communication.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
