The Ideal Profile: A Builder with a Business Mindset
We are looking for a hybrid engineer who writes exceptional code but also possesses a deep understanding of systems architecture.
Proven SRE/DevOps Experience:
You have a track record of running mission-critical, high-availability systems. You live by the principles of automation and infrastructure-as-code.
Strong Coding \& Systems Skills: You
are proficient in a high-level language like
Python
for automation and tooling. Ideally, you are also comfortable reading or working with a systems language like C++ or
C#
to understand the low-latency applications you'll be supporting.
Cloud \& On-Prem Fluency:
You have a strong grasp of modern system architecture, whether it's in the cloud (AWS, GCP) or on bare metal. You understand Linux, networking, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) inside and out.
