What you’ll get to do
As an
AI Integration Engineer (m/f/d)
at PlanRadar, you will design and implement AI- and automation-driven solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and performance across the organization. This is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end ownership, from identifying optimization opportunities to delivering scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders while remaining deeply involved in architecture, development, and implementation. The role combines strong engineering expertise with a consulting mindset in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
Translate business requirements and existing processes into robust, scalable technical solution designs
Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Python, APIs, and database-backed architectures
Integrate systems and data sources across teams and domains
Own the full technical lifecycle: architecture, development, delivery, and continuous improvement
Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and measurable impact
Act as a trusted technical advisor, clearly communicating designs, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and continuous improvement within the AI/Data Science team
WHO YOU ARE
You have several years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or automation-focused roles
You are a strong Python engineer with hands-on experience building and owning end-to-end solutions
You are comfortable working with APIs, databases, and system integrations
You proactively identify problems, challenge existing processes, and drive solutions forward independently
You combine technical depth with clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder management skills
You thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and enjoy taking full ownership
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or have equivalent practical experience
You are fluent in English; German is an advantage but not required

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is minimum EUR 44.450,-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
