What You Will Do

Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting product analytics, evaluation, and visualization needs

Support data collection from multiple product sources, ensuring data consistency, completeness, and quality

Build and maintain datasets for AI evaluation—handling data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and anonymization

Develop dashboards and analytical reports that help teams monitor product metrics and AI performance

Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align data structures with evolving analysis goals

Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL and one of Python/Go/Scala for data processing

Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)

Familiarity with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Superset)

Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance best practices
