ABOUT THE ROLE
This role focuses on creating and maintaining the hybrid infrastructure that powers our games and business tools.
Millions of people play our games daily. The infrastructure team builds the reliable, large-scale production systems that service those games and support new development. Usability and stability underpin every decision we make and we're looking for someone who can help us support those solutions to empower our users.
We operate a hybrid Infrastructure utilizing both traditional and cloud environments to deliver high availability and scalability for our products. The Infrastructure Engineer will work directly with engineering stakeholders to develop specifications, Product Owners to scope and schedule deliverables, and DevOps Engineers to deliver high-quality technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a technical understanding of Microsoft infrastructure solutions such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
Assist with the design, deployment, and maintenance of all aspects of Azure infrastructure technologies and topologies.
Set up and maintain farms of Hyper-V instances for development and production.
Monitor services and infrastructure health with polling systems, and alert on KPI metrics.
Triage and troubleshoot live issues to resolution with attention to detail and optimization.
Install, configure, and support end-user systems on Windows 11, OSX, IOS, and Android Clients.
Work directly with talented engineers, QA testers and project managers to release high-quality products on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have:
8+ years of practical experience with architecture, implementation, and operation of complex multi-application, multi-server network infrastructures in support of a mission-critical enterprise environment.
4+ years of experience focused on cloud environments and supporting infrastructure in public clouds such as Azure or AWS.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience with Azure or AWS network design, including S2S VPN's, Virtual Networks, and Network Security Groups.
Experience in designing high availability systems in public cloud, leveraging fault domains, availability zones, regions.
Experience working with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor or Log Analytics.
Technical understanding of services such as Redis Cache, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and Kubernetes.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft core platform technologies based on Windows Server.
Nice to have:
Experience with EndPoint Manager (Intune) and/or JAMF Pro.
Experience with Okta, Auth0, or similar Identity Management Systems.
Experience with Linux or OSX platforms.
Experience with EndPoint Protection, such as CarbonBlack or CrowdStrike.
