About the role

As a Developer in our Integration Services team, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting integration solutions across the group using our middleware platform. You’ll work closely with delivery squads, business stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver APIs and integration components that underpin customer experiences across digital and contact centre channels.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing and supporting APIs and middleware components

Delivering continuous improvement of integration solutions aligned to business objectives

Working with Agile delivery squads to meet agreed outcomes and timeframes

Providing technical input into design, development standards and DevOps practices

Collaborating with architects, peers and managers to uplift platform capability

Engaging with business stakeholders and vendor partners to understand use cases and requirements

What will you bring?

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

At least 3+ years’ experience developing in a MuleSoft integration environment

Demonstrated experience delivering API or integration solutions within a DevOps model

Strong technical knowledge of the MuleSoft platform and cloud-based API frameworks

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

A solid understanding of risk management and secure integration practices

Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline are preferred. MuleSoft certifications are highly desirable and any post-graduate training in business or commerce is a bonus.
