Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
Work on core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
Develop workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies \& UI Actions
Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Handle system administration, ACLs, upgrades, patches, and monitoring
Mandatory Skills:
Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
GlideRecord, GlideAjax, g_scratchpad
REST \& SOAP integrations
Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow CSA (Highly preferred)
CAD or CIS (Plus)
