To support our continued growth, we are looking for our next Business Developer BeNL to join our Lille or Ghent team, reporting to our Sales Director.

Prospection will cover both Belgium and the Netherlands — Dutch is an essential requirement; French is a plus.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

After a full onboarding and training within our 6-person Sales team, your missions will include:

Market Analysis (20%)

Define target markets alongside the Sales Manager

Gain full command of our sales pitch in coordination with Product Marketing

Conduct competitive and technological monitoring to stay updated on market trends

Commercial Prospection \& New Business (80%)

Identify lead-generating contacts, assess client needs, and grow your portfolio

Conduct presentations (on-site, remote demonstrations, etc.)

Maintain accurate data in the CRM

Support the Manager during contract negotiations and margin optimization

Hand over new accounts to our Project Teams

Contribute to the improvement of our sales tools and methods

Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory ; French is a plus

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in translation, content management, data, or digital services

Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3 or equivalent)

Familiar with prospection tools, CRM systems, etc.

Rigorous, methodical, and autonomous
