We are seeking a strategic, resilient, and highly driven Global Product Manager to take full ownership of our Out of the Can innovation roadmap. This is an ambitious initiative designed to introduce disruptive solutions into a market ready for transformation. In this high-exposure role, you will be operating at the intersection of technology, product strategy, marine operations, and corporate innovation—turning conceptual ideas into real-world impact.

What you will do

Lead Global Innovation Initiatives

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Out of the Can solutions within the Marine Seastock segment.

Drive two major innovation projects from early concept to global launch, with full accountability for outcomes.

Shape the Future of Marine Maintenance

Explore new technologies, application methods, digital enablers, and service models that redefine how coatings are delivered and applied.

Capture market needs and operational insights and translate them into breakthrough, commercially viable solutions.

Influence at the Highest Levels

Work directly with the Global Segment Director Seastock and engage with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Mobilize global cross-functional teams across R\&D, Operations, PMC, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Marketing, and Commercial.

Be the Trailblazer

Operate confidently in uncharted territory, building frameworks, driving alignment, and pushing boundaries.

Champion a culture of experimentation, collaborative problem solving, and bold thinking.

What you bring

Experience in product management, innovation, or strategic program leadership, ideally within coatings, chemicals, marine, or adjacent industrial B2B environments.

Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping strategy where information is incomplete.

Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders along.

Natural resilience and persistence, combined with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Understanding of or strong interest in the operational realities of the marine industry and vessel maintenance.

A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to define solutions, not just products.
