Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Java Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development with hands-on experience working in industrial/company environments and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions, guiding students with real-world use cases, and preparing them for actual industry challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Java programming training sessions to students in a virtual environment.
Design and update industry-aligned course materials, including real-world projects, case studies, and coding exercises.
Guide and mentor students based on real company workflows, best practices, and development standards.
Help students become job-ready by sharing practical industry experience, interview preparation tips, and project guidance.
Conduct live coding sessions and demonstrate professional-level coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java programming.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
Must have worked in an industrial/company environment (product-based or service-based IT company preferred).
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Familiarity with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
Proficiency in database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
