We’re looking for a

product-minded engineer

to help us build and ship a focused MVP.

This is

not

a full platform build.

It’s about:

Creating a high-quality AI agent experience

Making it feel human, safe, and genuinely useful

Shipping fast and learning from real users

You’ll work closely with the founder (ex-recruitment agency owner) and shape how this product evolves.

What You’ll Do (Initially)

Build a simple web experience where candidates interact with an AI “hiring manager”

Help structure prompts, guardrails, and responses so the agent behaves properly

Store and surface candidate conversations and signals

Keep things scrappy, simple, and production-ready

Most ops and workflows will be manual at first — that’s intentional.

Ideal Background

You don’t need to be a “CTO” already.

You’re likely someone who:

Has shipped real software before (startup or early engineer)

Is comfortable working with LLMs / APIs

Cares about UX and user psychology

Enjoys turning rough ideas into working products

Is curious about building something long-term — but doesn’t need promises upfront

Tech stack (flexible):

JS / TS or Python

OpenAI / Anthropic or similar

Simple backend + database (Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
