We’re now looking for a Creative Designer to support our visual execution and work closely with our Creative Director.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality 3D renders for new and existing products

Design Amazon listing image stacks, A+ Content, Brand Store visuals, and social media assets

Produce and assemble short product videos for listings and ads

Use AI tools to speed up ideation, editing, and production workflows

Maintain a consistent, clean, and polished brand look across all assets

Collaborate closely with the Catalog Manager to test, iterate, and improve creatives based on performance

Requirements

A strong portfolio with clear examples of 3D rendering work

Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and clean, high-converting ecommerce design

Experience with Amazon creative formats (listing images, A+, Brand Store, social media)

Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools

Comfortable experimenting with and using AI-assisted design workflows

Reliable communicator who can work independently, take feedback well, and iterate quickly

Recruitment Process

Portfolio Review: We’ll review your portfolio to assess your visual quality, 3D rendering skills, and experience with ecommerce and Amazon creatives.

Bryq Assessment: A short 15–20 minute assessment to help us understand your working style and fit with our team. There’s no pass/fail — just answer honestly. You’ll have 3 days to complete it.

Video Interview (Loom): If shortlisted, you’ll record responses to a few creative and technical questions using Loom. You may also be asked to briefly walk us through a past project or design decision. Each response should be short (1–2 minutes).

Final Interview: If all goes well, you’ll move on to a live online interview with the Creative Director and Operations Manager to discuss your work, collaboration style, and next steps.

References: We may request references from 3 people you’ve worked closely with.
