The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and motivated

Software Developer

to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications using

JavaScript

React

, and

TypeScript

. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, climate specialists, and backend developers—to deliver seamless, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. What You’ll Do

Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences

Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code

Optimize application performance and scalability

Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation

Support the delivery of customer solutions and product improvements

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)

Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control (Git)

Experience:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development

Proven track record building production-grade web applications

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or GraphQL

Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

Agile development experience

Familiarity with responsive design and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
